My win ! :)

So I am quite a big fan of shout magazine, I try to buy it whenever I can and I enjoy reading it. And yes.. I enter the freebie competitions, who dosent?! But did I expect to win!? No way! I had entered ages ago and NEVER expected to win anything. But about two months after I had entered the competition I recieveed a parcel in the post. I opened it and the first thing I picked up was a letter saying congratulations on winning the shout competition here is your £250's worth of Boden vouchers! :o I WAS SPEECHLESS! I am not normally a very lucky person and only about three people could win ! I am now enjoying spending these vouchers on some amazing quality, comfy and fashionable clothes! Its soo cool! x

A changed person x

Okay this post my be a bit boring, but the aim of this blog is to keep it as a diary, and talk about stuff that I am thinking about rather than stuff that I might have to scrape from the back of my mind :L anyway, to the point. This summer has been one of my best yet, and yes because I had so much fun with some amazing people. But mostly because I feel that I have changed so much, in a good way. Being away from school for a long time has in a way given me time to get to know myself. Whilst in term time I am so hectic and at school it's mostly just getting envious of other girls you think are prettier than you or other girls that get more attention than you. But this summer I have started to like who I am and realised that I shouldn't compare myself to other girls all of the time . My close friends will laugh at this, but I have MATURED a lot ;D and I feel that I am so much more confident in myself now!

Loving Pink/Red Lippy!

I have noticed in modelling photos and in all cosmetic shops, pink lipstick is all in at the moment, and I absoloutely love it! Me and my friend went shopping in plymouth on Friday and we were loving the Barry M Pink lipstick that starts off green, but the amount of alkali on your lips depends how pink it goes! We tried some on and it suited us loads. But it was really annoying because all of the makeup shops had been having trouble with that lipstick at the moment,they said there was a problem in ordering it :( so we couldn't buy it :( But I will deffo be buying some soon!

relaxing break :)

Firstly, I am so sorry that i havent blogged in yonks. Its the holidays and I can never really find much to blog about. But I am determined to get back into blogging again because once you get into it its really fun! Anyway, as a treat because my sister was away with her dad. My mum decided to take me away for a few days to the New forest. This was a surprise until a few days before, I was really looking forward to it. My nan and Grandad were keen on the idea, so they came too. So we arrived after a 2 hour journey at this stunning house, it was beautiful. A lovely lady greeted us and showed us to our very posh twin bedroom. Then she said would I like a swim in their outdoor pool, I had been looking forward to this before we came! We stepped out into this amazing, huge garden. With a lovely swimming pool hidden in the tree's. She then brought my mum a cup of tea and us some cakes! It was lovely. On the first day going up we went to weymouth sealife park. It was good but extremely expensive for what it was. On the second day, the day after we arrived, we did an open top bus tour of the new forest. This was great, we stopped in a town where I couldn't resist going into the new look sale and buying a lush top! Then on the last day on the way home we went to Monkey world, which was a lovely day out too :) Here are some pics :)

Some time to think...

Hey fellow bloggers I'm back, it's been ages and i'm so sorry. I have been so busy with it being hols and all that, and I can never really find anything interesting to blog about "/ But anyway I thought that I would share something with you that is, well, not very exciting I suppose. But I needed something to blog about! I have been quite a thinker at the moment. I come across (especially to my close friends) as quite a loud and maybe too outgoing person. But recently I have actually been adoring peace. I especially love it when the sun is setting and there is that nice cool breeze. I always think about how life has been going so fast recently and also about the person I have become in the past 13 years. I think about the people close to me and the traits I have developed. I try to imagine the way I come across to other people, and I love that silent moment. For example, we went in a Caravan last weekend and got there about 9pm. Our caravan was very near a field, to get to it there was a grass bank. Once my sister had left me I sat down and looked out over Newquay and it was great to have that complete Peace. Hope the post wasn't too boring, Billsss xxx

Shop searching in st Ives...

This weekend I went to cornwall with my family to a place called Hayle. We had gorgeous weather although it was rather breezy :) Anyway, on Saturday we took a trip to St Ives... and OMG, I fell in love with the shops!

This was my favourite shop there, called Cath Kidston. The Bags..oh don't even get me started. There was a lush green polka dot bag that I couldn't take my eyes off! But then I looked at the prices "/ £50.. so maybe not. Stupidly pricy but amazing! They also hazd really nice purses,jewellrey and kitchen utensils!

Then I was dissapointed when I went back to st Ives on the Sunday and I walked past an attractive looking shop called yumi! Now I had heard this mentioned by my friend, Author in the making's blog, saying how nice it was! But it was closed :( I was so annoyed.


The shop below was really cool. It was called 'La Petite Maison Du Chocolat' (the small house of chocolate) for those who don't know French. It had about12 different flavours but it wasn't the chocolate that attracted me, it was just the look of the shop! I wanted to take a photo but there was knowone else in there so I thought that I would get told off "/ It was so nicely decorated! Sorry that the pics rubbish, I couldn't find any others! xx

IM GOING TO BE A SISTER AGAIN!

Wow! Some amazing news fellow bloggers! I am going to have a brother or sister! I am soo happy, not just for me but for my mum and step-dad. The feeling must be amazing that they are about bring a new life into this world, for the first time! I am feeling so pleased, but then again it is sooo weird. I can't remember my mum being pregnant with my younger sister because that was when I was four.. and now i am 13! So all the excitment Is actually going to be rememberable. and for me, like the first time experiencing the love of my new brother or sister growing in my mums tummy! I hope that I make a good sister to this new baby, I want it to grow up with the big sister that it can always depend on! See the scan picture attached, To the left is it's head, showing faintly it's nose and mouth. Then it's fat belly! Then you can see it's leg sticking out at the end. When my my text me at lunchtime at school telling me that the scan had gone okay, I was so relieved! I told all of my friends straight away. The scan is zoomed in loads, so the baby is really small , life size! My mum said that when they showed the live camera, It was wriggling loads, turning and everything! Oh I can't wait for this experience..especially as I am a bit older now.

It's diet time...

Now that summer 2010 is on it's way I think it's time that I lost a few pounds! I have put on a lot of weight recently, I think that greediness is my problem! I was trying on a few of my summer clothes the other day and hardly any of them fitted! But my lovely mum said she would take me shopping soon to but some new summer stuff :) But I want to look good this summer, I don't want to be a porky walking round in a mini-skirt. have a lovely summer all xxxx

Dissapointment!

Thursday had to be one of the most dissapointing days of my life! You see, to celebrate into the woods at school, we were all planning on going out for a meal at nando's which is DELISH.In town. The table was booked and I had two friends coming back to my house after school so we could all get ready together and glam ourselves up! But then....lunchtime ruined it all! We were called for a meeting in the drama room about scripts. when we got there, a sixth former came over to us and said "You do know about the meal don't you, it's off" and we were like WHATT!
It seemed that everyone new apart from us! What had apparently happened was, some silly annoying boy that wasnt invited found out and told the deputy head lady that we were all going out for a meal. SHE WASN'T HAPPY. Next thing she was on the phone to nando's cancelling our table! The reason for this was, that you have to be 14 to go out for a meal on your own. and she got all funny about the sixth formers being responsible of the year sevens that were attending. Everyone was so hacked off with her, she has to ruin everything. I don't get it because the sixth formers are 18 and adults anyway. I think it was also to do with parental consent. But I was soooo dissapointed!
My two friends came back anyway, because we thought that we would go on our own and that it would be a laugh. We rung parents to check that this was okay. But when one of my friends rung her mum she said that the money could only be spent on the meal for into the woods! I was soo dissapointed at the time, but I see where she is coming from. Also the fact that it was her mums money...not hers. So in the end I had an early night in, dreaming of the night I would of had!

the unachieavble is achievable :)

This title is the phrase that I did not think I would be saying before performing into the woods at my high school. I was fed up. The play is confusing,hard and extremely stressful to learn. If you get even a little scrap of detail wrong in this play, there are high chances of messing it up for everybody. But now I hate the thought that it is all over. It was amazing. I don't think that any of the cast thought that we would do it, even at the saturday rehearsal we had before the show (which was on the Tuesday). But we did :)! We did a damn good job of it too! I hated my teachers for forcing me to attending rehearsals that were unbearably boring. But I kind of feel guilty because it was so worth it :)
We performed for three nights. Tuesday,Wednesday and Thursday. All nights went good but Thursday was the one that everyone was exicted about. The last one, the buisiest too. Everyone made the most of each line that they said. At the end, the teachers came up on stage whilst we were in the wings watching :) They were given flowers and they made a speech :) The musical director cried :'( awhh .. After the curtain had gone down. We all screamed and ran on to the stage and hugged each other, a truly fabulous and buzzing feeling. Then the lights went out! It was halarious we all just fell over! This show technically wasn't our last performance because we were performing in front of Key stage 3 the next afternoon, but it was our proper last one :) I loved it... much more than I thought I would!

Floral on me?

I was trying on some Floral stuff in Primark the other day with my friend. She said it looked really nice so she took a picture of it, I have attached it for you to see., But I need some comments because I am not sure if the dark colour goes too dark with my hair or not? I don't know whether to go back and buy it or not? I was also thinking is the top too grannyish or is the floral in? Please help me bloggers! Thankyou! love billie x.

A childhood in theatre :)

In the past and up till now I have been very involved in performing arts. I love it and every time I go on stage I can feel the magic :) i've attached a few pics of me on stage or in costume. I have done many musicals and shows such as : Annie, Oliver, Fiddler on the roof (the tour) + The king and I. I go to stage by stage performing school which is in my local town, Exeter. I have been since I was 4 so it's a major part of my life. I have decided that I don't want a career in it, because I want to settle my life and have a family of my own, and when you are involved with performing arts you have to travel and are working 24/7. But I love it as a hobbie.

Singing is probably my strongest point and acting comes closest to this. But i can't really dance! At stage by stage, Dance is included at stage by stage. But I jus't dont have the nackk! I hope my love for performing arts carries on and I can do it as a hobby till I am to old to do stage by stage anymore. But i can't really imagine my life without it, i'm so used to it! xxx

The Floral is In!

I have been checking out some photos and websites of the new fashions coming in at the moment. I think it's great that Floral patterns have finally started to take over! I think that Vanessa looks great in that floral dress, the flared sleeves show that she has a really nice,slim figure!Also the model with the tight fitted dress looks stunning (not to sure on the hair though!). The design of the dress really suits her and the necklaces make the outfit! So I thought that I would check out the new 'in' and report back on whats about to be stocked up in the designer clothes shops! x Bills x

Its 2010! My Best Memories of 09! x

• 2009 was a great year for me! I got up to lots of things that I will remember forever ! I was 13 in 2009 which obviously meant that my teenage life had started! I felt really grown up then! Memories with friends,trips,days out,holidays, unforgettable! I have added some piccies for you guys to see, I tried to make a collage but it took to long and I got very frustrated but it will hopefully be to come! Some things I got up to were:


• Cornwall, I went to Chapel Porth beach for the day with one of my best friends, we went body boarding and the day was brilliant and unforgettable!


• New Forest, I took a weekend holiday to the New forest and stayed in a lovely caravan site and spent the weekend trapsing along moorey,stunning landscapes!


• Mullion, I also went in a Caravn to Mullion, a lovely place. We visited a lovely beach that had the best waves for body boarding! A great weekend also.


• Greece, My first ever break to Greece. A lovely place with great landscapes and lots of sun! But the hotel wasnt that great! But I still had an amazing time visiting that country anyway!


• My Birthday, I was Keeper for a day at exmoor zoo, it was amazing and I will never forget it! I got a hands on experience with all of the animals! I got to feed them, clean out there enclosures, help out with talks and things like that!


• Christmas! I had a great 2009 Christmas, I spent it with my Mum,stepdad,sister,uncle,cousin,nan + Grandad! Lots of nice trendy clothes, hopefully some pictures to come!


• New Years Eve, I had a great new years eve that I spent with one of my best friends/step cousin! I dressed up in my best party clothes and was up till 2.30! Haha!
